Visa on Arrival Applications
- Visa on Arrival service fees are non-refundable once your application has been processed and the approval letter has been issued.
- If you wish to cancel your application, please contact us immediately before processing begins.
- Applicants are responsible for providing complete and accurate personal information. Refunds will not be provided for applications affected by incorrect information submitted by the applicant.
- Visa on Arrival is valid for air travel only. No refund will be issued if you choose another method of entry after approval.
- A full refund will be provided only if your visa application is officially declined by the relevant authority. Refund processing typically takes 7–10 working days and may take up to 15 working days depending on your payment provider.
E-visa Applications
Expedited E-visa Service
- The expedited service fee does not include the mandatory government e-visa fee.
- Expedited service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Standard E-visa Service
- Our e-visa assistance service is intended for eligible tourist visa applications.
- All service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
- Refunds are available only if the Vietnamese immigration authorities officially reject your application.
