Cancellations & Refunds
Visa on Arrival
- All Visa on Arrival applications are non-refundable once the approval letter has been issued.
- Refunds are available only if the visa application is officially declined.
- Visa on Arrival is valid for air travel only. No refund will be issued if you choose not to enter Vietnam by air.
- Applicants are responsible for providing accurate personal information. Errors submitted by applicants are not eligible for a refund.
E-visa
- Expedited e-visa service fees do not include the mandatory government fee.
- Expedited service fees are non-refundable.
- Standard e-visa service fees are also non-refundable, except when an application is officially rejected by the Vietnamese immigration authorities.
Processing Time & Completion
- Standard processing generally takes 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Expedited processing is available for eligible applications.
- Our service is considered complete once the visa approval letter or e-visa has been delivered to the email address provided.
- Applicants are responsible for reviewing all information before travel.
Responsibilities & Limitations
- A valid visa does not guarantee entry into Vietnam. The final decision rests solely with the Vietnam Immigration authorities.
- We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, accommodation losses, or other travel expenses resulting from visa delays or refusal.
- Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on government procedures.
Data & Privacy
Application information is retained only for the period necessary to complete our services and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Urgent Vietnam Visa shall not be liable for service interruptions or travel disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government policy changes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
